We hold a high regard to the quality of hygiene and handling and preparation of our dishes. At Leather Lane we have a restaurant quality kitchen where we prepare our dishes. We then grill and cook the final stage of the food at street level at out street food stalls. We are rated 4**** stars on the food hygiene rating.
